Wedding jazz trio Destination Swing - terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions
Fees:
- Prices are based on a maximum 3 hour playing period which can include 3 x 45 minute sets with 3 x 15 minute breaks.
Times:
- Start/Finish times will be as per booking form unless a change has been agreed before hand between Destination Swing and client.
Setup:
- Destination Swing will need to set up a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the commencement of the engagement.
Requirements:
- Destination Swing require at least one 13 amp socket for the guitar amps.
For outside events a waterproof cover must be provided for safety reasons.
Line-Up:
- Please note that in exceptional circumstances (i.e. due to illness etc) it may be necessary for a band member to be deputised.
Deposits:
- A deposit of 25 % is required at the time of booking (cheques payable to Destination Swing).
Cancellations:
- For all cancellations the client will forfeit the deposit fee.
- In addition cancellations less than 12 weeks before the engagement will incur a penalty of the total fee.
Payment:
- Balance of payment must be settled by cash on the day before the performance or cheque (payable to Destination Swing) at least 10 days prior to the event.
Attire:
- For weddings and formal functions dress code is black tuxedos unless requested otherwise. Alternative dress is smart casual
Surcharges:
- Prices are based on venues within a 50 mile radius of Norwich. For events further afield there will be an additional surcharge agreed between artist and client.
